These guys are classic old school aquarium shop. Pets are their life. They know everything about their pets and their products and your potential applications. They're not the minimally trained, minimum wage hackers who work in pet department stores. I'm stocking a five gallon aquarium and Z treated me like I was setting up a giant reef. DON'T GO TO THE PET DEPARTMENT STORES. THESE INDEPENDENT GUYS ARE A DYING BREED AND FISH HOBBYISTS ARE BLESSED TO HAVE THEM. Aquarium Cleaning Zee from Pet Zoo Center is SUPER AMAZING AND AFFORDABLE!!! He is very knowledgeable too. He's out of Peekskill and travels to the Hudson Valley area. I live in Stormville and he comes to my house to clean and service my aquarium. If you're interested give him a call. This place was in business from the time I arrived to Peekskill in 2000. They moved after the pandemic years, and they are still in Washington St. But some blocks down. The same owner, the same cordially the same way to do business and help customers with a lot of experience and dedication to do what they like to do. I like that they have fish for salt water and regular water. The basic to start or add new fish for your tanks. I found a cute couple in a tank, dori and Nemo were there and some other ones, they have a small quantity of types of fish and reptiles but the ones you will love to have a d I not sure you may ask and they can find you the ones you like. Also, I hear they clean and maintenence your fish tanks, so call them to ask about this. It is local, easy to park. Both sides of the street Take a look if you are around and talk to an expert who will share with you all he knows about what he has to sell.

I've been going to this store for over 25 years. There is a reason for that. Z and staff are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the hobby. The level of service you receive here is above and beyond anything you will get at any other pet store. Everything is well cared for and the selection is superb. If you don't see it, they will order or try to get it for you. Fantastic place.
